Cosy Cafe

Welcome to the Cosy Cafe!

You are starting your first shift as a barista.

You have two colleagues to help: Alex and Molly.

Alex manages the espresso machine and will help you learn to pull good shots.

Molly is an expert at latte art. She'll help you with the milk.

Today you'll be taking and making orders.

Ready?

Yes -- let's go!

The Bar

This is your first drink for a customer! Exciting!

So far, you have made one cappuccino.

Order: Hm, I'm in the mood for a bigger drink. A latte please!

Thank you for your hard work!

Your customers loved your attitude and the coffee you made.

Alex noted that your espresso technique needs a little work. You don't need to tamp as much as you do; just a light tamp will do.

Molly said your latte art is terrific for having only finished training last week.

Keep up the great work!
